Gernika tree
Don Tello
This monument is a statue of D. Tello, founder of the village of Gernika in 1366. This work was made in 1966 by Agustín de la Herrán.
In honor of peace
In honor of Peace is a monument of Eduardo Chillida, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the bombing of Gernika.
The Gernika tree is an oak tree in front of the House of Meetings. This tree symbolizes the traditional liberties of Biscay.
It is a ceramic mural, a copy of Pablo Picasso's famous painting, about the air attack in Gernika.

The sculpture "Large figure in a shelter" was created by Henry Moore between 1985 and 1986, a few months before his death

It is a sculpture designed by the Basque artist Néstor Basterretxea. It is located in the place where the first bombs fell on Gernika.
